Due to an extensive range of works and to the scope of activity of the parliamentary Committee for Judicial, Legislation and Constitutional Framework Matters, it was ascertained that this committee shall establish also sub-committees for relevant fields.
Today in the meeting chaired by Hydajet Hyseni, chairperson of the Committee was constituted the Sub-Committee on human rights, gender equality, petitions and public complaints.
The election of the chairperson for this committee was left for the coming meeting of the committee, but it was requested by the Presidency of the Assembly to be responsible on selecting the observing staff of the sub-committees and the one for functioning of the material expenditures
