After starting the deliberation of the Draft law on Health Insurance and was ascertained that there is not enough quorum to vote, the today™s session of the Assembly of Kosovo was interrupted with the request of the President of the Parliament Daci to be continued on coming Monday.
In the beginning of the today™s session the President of the PDK, Hashim Thaçi, took the floor which wasn™t foreseen with the approved agenda and read a Resolution for the independence of Kosovo. He has requested to vote for the Resolution, but the document should proceed in a regular procedure. After the break of deputies, the heads of parliamentary groups have agreed on this as well.
When the deliberation of the draft laws started, deputies of PDK left the session with no reason given. Due to this the number of deputies wasn™t enough to adopt foreseen draft laws for this session.
